Our Sunrise Herbal Blend is designed with herbs to specifically armor your immune system and spleen for an internally well supported day. All herbal blends can be served hot or cold, but in the morning our spleen, the nourishment powerhouse of our body, is craving warmth. In Chinese medicine, the spleen enjoys warmth because it is said to support the breakdown of food and fluids, keeping the kidney’s fire burning strong, especially on an empty stomach upon waking. This blend is an easy way to incorporate this digestive energy saver into your daily morning rhythm. With organically farmed herbs like marshmallow root, echinacea, turmeric and moringa, it armors your immune system to fight everything life throws at you. We cannot avoid germs or healthily live in fear of them, but we can trust and support our body’s ability to strengthen and protect.  

*Note: All Wild & Well Herbal Blends are naturally decaffeinated. Add in your favorite caffeinated leaves or tea bag if you are looking for that extra boost.  

What is an herbal blend? 

Herbal blends are combinations of different herbs that have been used for thousands of years to maintain health and treat diseases. It is an infusion or decoction of herbs, spices or other plant material in hot water and does not typically contain true tea. Dating back to ancient practitioners, the roots, stems, fruit or leaves of a plant were used in these preparations to cater to specific health goals and ailments. Add honey, lemon or milk and your current supplement drops to enjoy a power-packed cup of nourishment and health!  

Pricing:

$15 per bag (about 15-20 servings steeped once, however high-quality loose herbs can be steeped twice for 30-40 servings per bag at a teaspoon serving.)
